Iron Horse Hot Tub Community Area Guest Room Suite Kitchen Community Fire Pit

Resort Group’s employee housing in Steamboat Springs is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the earliest move-in date of November 1, 2008.

In order to be eligible for the housing, you must have received a job offer from a supervisor of any of the Resort Group Family Companies, affiliated with this employment site. The supervisor must have provided you with the JOB OFFER CODE (housing password) to fill-in on your housing application.

The "Iron Horse Inn" is located just off Hwy 40, 3 blocks from downtown Steamboat, on the scenic Yampa River. The Iron Horse offers community living for seasonal employees of Resort Group, and employees of the City of Steamboat Springs.

Roommates

Roommates can be requested, but not guaranteed & must be requested by both parties. If no request, we will house female employees with females, and males with males.

Beds / Occupancy

Each room accommodates 2 employees, each employee is assigned their own bed. Some units are suitable for couples – please inquire.

What To Bring

Additional blankets, if desired hairdryers & other personal hygiene items, all personal clothing items: you must have warm winter clothing, coats, hats, gloves & good snow boots!

Lease Terms Available

Regardless of actual arrival dates, the dates below are available to begin lease terms for winter seasonal housing: All leases must be through at least April 1, regardless of actual departure date. Leases are available year-round, upon request. Leases extending past May 1: employment requirement may not apply. First month rent will only be pro-rated by ˝ . The minimum lease term is 4 months.

Security Deposit

Each employee will pay a security deposit as good faith for fulfillment of lease terms and/or damages of $300. $100 due upon room reservation, $200 due upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided the room is in good order, there are no damages or missing items, and rents for the full lease term have been paid in full.

Check-in

Check-in instructions and lease details will be provided upon confirmation of housing reservation.

To Reserve Your Space in Employee Housing

  1. Fill out the housing application and roommate request form, you may either fax the attached application to (970)879-8144 or fill out the online application.
  2. Send in your $100.00 non-refundable deposit to MR Realty 2150 Resort Drive Suite #200, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477 Forms of payment accepted are: Check or Money order in U.S. funds, made payable to M.R.R. or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover ONLY) A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AND A COPY OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD MUST BE FAXED OR SENT TO M.R.Realty’s OFFICE BEFORE ANY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED.   3. Receive confirmation of your housing room type & cost from MR Realty.
  4. Arrive by the arrival date you provided on your housing application, or risk losing your space.
